Ivan Fossati

He graduated with full marks in Law at the University of Milan in 1995, and has been a lawyer in Milan since 1998.

He has obtained a Master in Arbitration Law from the Arbitration Chamber of Milan.

Mr. Fossati gained his experience at top law firms: Advocate Giuseppe Iannaccone Law Firm (1996-2000); NCTM from 2000 to 2009 (salary partner from 2007) and Montanari Brescia and Associates from 2009 to 2011 (partner).

He became a founding partner of SCF Studio Legale in 2012, now Leexè.

He has lectured at the Advanced Training School of Legal Proceedings and Enterprise Recovery at the ODCEC of Milan since 2010.

He is a speaker at national conventions and seminars on the arguments of Civil Liability, Bankruptcy Law, liability of directors and the abusive granting of credit.

Fossati has always been involved in Commercial, Corporate and Bankruptcy Law, developing particular skills in the field of civil and bankruptcy litigation, and gaining significant experience in the area of restructuring companies in crisis.

He has managed the development of, and provides consultation for the updating of organisational models for the management and control of some important companies (Legislative Decree no. 231/2001).

In addition, he has significant experience in Family and Inheritance Law, with particular reference to generational handovers in companies.
