Paola Voghera

After achieving in 1990 an L.L.B. at Tel Aviv University she graduated in Law at the University of Milan in 1995. Lawyer in Milan since 1998.

Senior associate at SCF and now at Leexé.

She is head of the personal injury team and has gained a broad experience in the civil liability and Insurance law fields, both nationally and internationally.

She is expert in cross border accident and personal injuries cases and provides the due assistance, both in court or out of court, to foreign clients and law firms and insurance companies, both in case the involved subject is a victim of an accident, and whenever it is required to defend potential liable parties.

Since many years she is expert in releasing advices and reports to foreign Courts on valuation of damages according to Italian law and on any matter regarding civil liability and personal injuries claims.
