Massimo Mascheroni is a solicitor admitted to practise before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione) and has, for over twenty years, advised Italian and foreign industrial and commercial enterprises in the areas of corporate, commercial and employment law, as well as new technologies.
His practice combines sound legal expertise with an in-depth understanding of business dynamics, developed through extensive experience in providing ongoing advisory services to companies belonging to national and international groups.

He has developed specific expertise in employment law, advising companies on the management of industrial relations, employment and collective bargaining agreements, reorganisation and restructuring plans, as well as litigation and trade union negotiations.
He also advises on M&A transactions, complex commercial contracts and digital compliance projects, with particular focus on new technologies law and the regulation of electronic commerce.

He heads the corporate advisory, contracts and obligations, employment law and new technologies practice areas.
