Maria Grazia has been active in the real estate sector for more than 20 years.

In particular, over the years she has assisted primary retailers, both Italian and foreign in the world of luxury goods, IT, fast fashion, pet care and drugstore – in their real estate development on the Italian territory. The advice provided by Maria Grazia consists mainly of legal assistance in the course of negotiations aimed at entering into leases, business branch leases, and collateral contracts (such as key-money agreements). Her legal assistance over the years has provided her with a deep understanding of market dynamics and best practices in the retail real estate sector in Italy.
