Alessandra Ferreri

Alessandra Ferreri has been part of SCF Studio Legale’s team, now known as Leexè, since 2017.

Since 2000 she started dealing with industrial law and intellectual property, operating in leading professional companies in the industry.

Alessandra has extensive experience in all aspects of intellectual property, advising Italian and international companies in protecting their IP assets. Alessandra assists clients in judicial proceedings and arbitration panel proceedings in Italy and abroad, and she provides support both in the negotiation step and during the drawing up of license agreements for trademarks, patents, software, technology, copyright, know how, franchising contracts, merchandising, sponsorship, co-branding, contracts for the assignment of economic exploitation rights on goods that enjoy authorship protection.

In addition, Alessandra is responsible for the protection of software, databases, know-how and trade secrets.

He has been an arbitrator at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center established in Geneva since 2002 and at the Chamber of Commerce for domain name disputes since 2009.
