Silvia Giudici

Ms. Giudici graduated from the Università degli Studi in Milan in 1988. She earned a Ph.D. in Industrial Property Law from Università di Ferrara in 1995. She has been a lawyer in Milan since 1992.

He works mainly in the field of Industrial Law, a subject in which he has gained great experience and expertise. He advises clients on all issues related to private rights related to their businesses (trademarks, patents, copyrights, etc.), in litigation and out-of-court.

She is a confirmed Associate Professor at the Law School “Università degli Studi” in Milan.

Since 2017 serves as member of the Monitoring Committee of Advertising Self-Regulation Institute. In 1994 became part of the Drafting Committee of the Industrial Property Law Review.

She is a regular speaker at conferences and frequently lectures at master degree and law review programs.

Silvia is the author of numerous articles and publications on trademark, patents, industrial and intellectual property and copyright.
