Valentina Lombardo

She practises in the areas of tax, civil and insolvency law, advising companies and private individuals in both advisory matters and litigation. Her experience combines legal expertise with a pragmatic approach, with particular attention to the economic and organisational needs of clients.

She graduated in Law from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan and obtained a Master’s degree in National and International Taxation.

She has gained professional experience at leading international law firms, working in the fields of tax and corporate law, and developing in-depth knowledge of current legal and tax issues, as well as matters relating to corporate distress and business crisis.

She has been admitted to the Milan Bar since 2013.

Within the Firm, she advises on tax consultancy, civil and tax litigation, obligations and contracts, as well as business crisis management and over-indebtedness proceedings. She has developed specific expertise in the protection of taxpayers, contractual and professional liability, and the assessment of complex debt positions.
