Ivan Aquino

He graduated in Law from the University of Studies of Rome in 2003 and has been a lawyer since 2006.

He has been registered with the Milan Bar Association since 2012.

He obtained a Master’s degree specializing in Legislative Decree No. 231/2001: “Corporate Compliance and the Preparation of the Organizational Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001”.

He successfully completed the enabling course for “Consumer and Business Overindebtedness Crisis Manager”.

He has acquired specific expertise in Labor Law, Real Estate, and Insurance Law.

He provides professional assistance to SMEs and multinational companies in both litigation and out-of-court matters, also providing advice on corporate contracts.
