Ana Egea Sanchez
Ana Egea Sanchez has been part of SCF Studio Legale’s team, now known as Leexè, since 2017.
Ana primarily advises and assists foreign clients with interests in Italy in commercial, corporate and real estate transactions as well as domestic clients in connection with cross-border business transactions. She also assists the litigation department in complex international disputes.
Before joining Leexè, Ana practiced law in the areas of corporate, commercial law and business litigation first in Spain and then for twelve years at a law firm in Los Angeles, California. Her extensive international experience provides her with a broad international perspective in dealing with all aspects of business and commercial law when assisting foreign and domestic clients in their investments and transactions in Italy and abroad
