Lawyer with a robust career in the legal departments of major multinational groups, in which he consolidated his expertise in corporate law and in the planning and execution of ordinary and extraordinary corporate transactions, including the management of corporate governance aspects, and acquired a deep knowledge of the legal and strategic aspects peculiar to large international corporations.
He has to his credit, both as an in-house lawyer and as an external consultant, consulting and training activities in the areas of corporate compliance and integrity and administrative liability of entities (Legislative Decree 231/2001).
Participates as secretary, chairperson or externally in ethics committees and Supervisory Boards.
