Francesca Messi

In January 2022, she graduated with honors in Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, with a dissertation entitled “The Innocent Infringer and Compensation,” discussing issues related to alternative methods for assessing compensation for damages arising from infringement of intellectual property rights pursuant to Article 125 of the Italian Industrial Property Code.

She provides legal assistance to companies in both litigation and non-litigation matters and has gained experience in the field of intellectual property, with particular focus on the protection and management of intangible assets.
