She graduated in Law from the University of Naples Federico II and subsequently obtained a postgraduate Master’s degree in Business Administration. She practises primarily in the field of labour law, with well-established experience in disputes relating to the management of employment relationships, individual and collective dismissals, claims concerning job classification, damages arising from demotion, work-related illnesses and social security litigation. She also advises on new technologies law, with particular focus on data protection, AI governance and digital compliance.
She is an author published by Einaudi and a contributor to Il Foglio and Corriere della Sera. She has acquired significant experience in family law, personal and children’s law, with particular focus on the financial and corporate aspects connected with marriage and separation. She previously collaborated with Regione Campania in the administrative management of assets confiscated from organised crime.
