Edoardo Pacia received his law degree from the University of Milan in 1988, enrolling in the Bar Association in 1994 and in the Special Register of Cashier Lawyers in 2006. He became a partner in the firm-where he had done his professional practice-also in 1994, and since 1997 he established his own firm, which became an associate since 2000, with subsequent expansions over time.<\/p>\n

Since 2010 he has been working as of counsel with SCF Studio Legale.<\/p>\n

Since the early days of professional experience, the area of operation has always been criminal law. In particular, although he has also gained important experience with reference to “blood” and traditional crimes, his favorite and most in-depth working space is that of so-called “white collar” crimes, with specific reference to medical criminal liability, criminal liability from industrial accidents, bankruptcy, commercial, banking and financial crimes. He has been and is frequently called upon as a speaker, on both substantive and procedural matters, for training courses for colleagues, but also aimed at honorary magistrates and the lay public.<\/p>\n
