litigated hundreds of disputes in licensing, commercial agency and distribution, procurement, corporate body liability, and M&amp;A.<\/p>\n<p>Always sensitive to corporate compliance aspects, he holds DPO positions and is part of supervisory bodies of leading national and multinational groups.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2007, Katja is General Secretary of the non-profit Fondazione Memoriale della Shoah di
