In addition we deal with the mobility and layoff procedures including the management of relations with trade unions and in the analysis of the potential of collective bargaining (even in derogation of current legislation). <\/p>\n<p>With particular reference to labour agreement termination, our professionals also provide assistance and consultancy in order to define out-of-court disputes trying to
